Shipping Policy
BASED IN SINGAPORE POLICY:
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-5 working days, I ship it out on every Tuesdays.
Shipping Duration
Domestic Orders (Singapore)
- All mails should take up to 2-5 working days, with delays up to a week.
International Orders
- Letter Mails with No Tracking will take up to 3-5 weeks or longer due to COVID delays, if it goes missing I will not be held responsible please choose tracking if possible.
- Tracked Mails will take up to 1-3 weeks or longer due to COVID delays.
Customs/Import Fees (VAT)
- Buyers are responsible for any incoming customs and import taxes (VAT) that may apply, I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping Method
- I use SingPost or Asendia for all my mails that are sent out.
- If you chose Mails with Tracking, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number and link. You can also check the status of the item at SingPost or Asendia.
Returned Mails
- For any mails that are returned to me (e.g. unclaimed, undeliverable, wrong address, customs fee not paid) I will not be shipping it out again until the reshipment fee is paid.
Loss/Stolen of Mails
- In the instance of loss or stolen mails, I will not be re-shipping it out again and you would have to settle/claim it with your local post office yourself, I can only assist with the details e.g. colour of the mail.
