For customers in Singapore we offer a 1:1 USD to SGD currency conversion for customers residing in Singapore and payment made through Paynow/Paylah! :)
Yes we do ship to EU/UK! But buyers are responsible for any incoming customs and import taxes (VAT) that may apply, I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
All orders are packed on Mondays and shipped out on every Tuesdays, Singapore Time (SGT). If you have an urgent order feel free to contact me.
All Mails should take up to 2-5 business days, with delays up to a week.
Letter Mails with No Tracking will take up to 3-5 weeks or longer due to COVID delays, if it goes missing I will not be held responsible please choose tracking if possible.
Tracked Mails will take up to 1-3 weeks or longer due to COVID delays.
If you chose "No Tracking" for Letter Mails, there is no tracking number available and I will not be held responsible for any missing mails.
If you chose Mails with Tracking, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number and link. You can also check the status of the item at SingPost.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org before 10pm SGT (Singapore Time) on Sundays and Wednesdays or else it would have been packed.
I do not accept any returns or exchanges, in the result of defective item due to shipping please send me an email at email@example.com instead.
Please check with your household members and neighbours as the mailman might have sent it to the wrong place on accident. Untracked and Tracked mails are now being sent to your mailbox instead of it being hand delivered, so do check there as well. You will have to contact your local post office for more assistance or even file a lost/stolen mails as this is now out of my hands.
